I hired Phylise to landscape my recently built Tahoe home. After an initial tour and some conversation about my desires, Phylise arrived at our first meeting with proposal in hand and guided me through multiple options for a multi-phased installation. Once we settled on a plan, Phylise moved into action, coordinating land clearance and purchases. Phase II included sprinkler installation. The final phase included installation of sod, trees, and shrubbery.
There was need for some initial maintenance after some winter thaw that included moving a few sprinkler lines, and some good old fashion TLC. Again, Phylise shared her plan and moved into action and by spring we were ready for entertaining.
